1. Booking Appointments
There are multiple ways you can book an appointment with us! Call us on the phone, email us, or book online through our website link. You will need to set up an online booking account for all future online bookings. In preparation for your appointment, please contact your previous veterinary clinics and request that your pet’s medical records be emailed to us for our review: [email protected].
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policies
We require 24 hours notice when cancelling in-person and telemedicine consultations. No-shows for appointments will be charged $60 +tax. We require 72 hours notice when cancelling a procedure that required a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable for no-shows on procedures.
3. Refund & Return Policies
All consumable products are non-refundable. Prescription diets are fully refundable if deemed unpalatable and returned in their original package.
4. Service Estimates
Some prices depend on your pet’s condition and care needs. We’ll walk you through all options and provide detailed estimates at your appointment- so you can feel confident moving forward.
5. Clinic Etiquette
We aim to create a safe and respectful environment. We have a zero tolerance policy for harassment, violence and verbal abuse.
6. After-Hours Emergency Support
For after hours assistance, please contact Mahalo Veterinary Hospital (250-824-1444) or Central Island Veterinary Emergency Hospital (250-933-0913) in Nanaimo, WAVES (778-432-4322) in Langford, or Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital (250-475-2495).

8. Privacy Policy
Confidentiality is important to us! We collect only the information needed to provide veterinary care and communicate with you. Your data is stored securely and never shared without your consent, except when required for treatment or by law. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. 9. Disability Parking & Entrance
Disability Parking can be found in two places: at the front of the building, on the left, closest to the entrance; as well as, at the back of the property, to an immediate right, just before the garage. There is a wheel chair accessibility ramp at the back door entrance. Please let us know you are coming and we can assist you!

We’re proud to support Su Casa Rescue, a local non-profit organization dedicated to giving vulnerable animals a second chance.
